Package to make scatterplots and interactive graphs
- SameScale.scatter: Function to make plots with values of FC using a cut-off in order to see which genes are positive correlated, negative correlated or inverse correlated.
- Volcano.scatter: Function to make interactive plots comparing log10(p-val) in the Y axis with the FC in the x axis.
