In machalen/VennPlots: Package to make Venn diagrams and genes corresponding to each region of the plot.

Venn Diagrams for genomic data

The aim of this R package is to easy plot the intersections of different gene lists in venn diagrams. It also creates tables for genes in each region together with their annotation. The functions that can be found in the package are:

• Venn2Plot : Venn diagrams for two tables of genes.
• Venn3Plot : Venn diagrams for three tables of genes.
• Venn4Plot : Venn diagrams for four tables of genes.
• Venn5Plot : Venn diagrams for five tables of genes.
• Venn2Plot.OS : Venn diagrams for two lists of genes.
• Venn3Plot.OS : Venn diagrams for three lists of genes.
• Venn4Plot.OS : Venn diagrams for four lists of genes.
• Venn2Plot.csv : Venn diagrams for two tables of genes with output .xlsx and .csv
• Venn3Plot.csv : Venn diagrams for three tables of genes with output .xlsx and .csv
• Venn2Plot.st : Venn diagrams for two lists of genes. Output common genes in .xlsx
