h4decoder95 (stands for Quaternery Hamming(9,5) barcodes encoder decoder) is an R package al- lowing to generate error-correcting DNA barcodes that can be used to design barcoded primer for sequencing. This package includes decoding algorithm. This package implements and generalize methods described in Bystrykh, L. V. (2012). Generalized DNA barcode design based on Ham- ming codes. PLoS ONE, 7(5), e36852. doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0036852. h4decoder95 is used to demultiplex NGS data in the SiGHT project context (ERC-StG2011-281359).
