Extract peaks from all MS1 peaklists of the msobjects in a msbatch.
Usage
getallpeaks(msbatch)
Arguments
msbatch
msbatch object
Value
data.frame with 6 columns (mz, RT, int, peakID, isotope and isoGroup).
