MS/MS Feature plotting
Description
This function plots each MS/MS spectra, highlighting the meaningful differences.
Usage
Dulce_MS2FeaturePlot(MSpectra, distances, peakId)
Arguments
MSpectra
MSpectra object with MS/MS spectra.
distances
data.frame with significant differences annotated with spectrum identifier.
peakId
Peak identifier of the peak that is going to be plotted.
Value
This function returns a ggplot2 object.
