Description
This function calculate mz differences between MS/MS fragments.
Usage
Dulce_calculateMZDistances(data, annotations, MSpectra)
Arguments
data
MSnBase object
annotations
data.frame with annotated MS/MS spectra.
MSpectra
MSpectra object with MS/MS spectra.
Value
This function returns a data.frame object with mzDifferences,
their respective precursor, and the fragments used to calculate that distance.
