Resubmission

• This resubmission addresses the comment/request from Uwe Ligges on 22 May 2024 noting that in the inst/CITATION file angle brackets are not needed in the "url" field.
  • Accordingly, a change was made which is the only change since the original submission

Downstream dependencies

I have also run R CMD check (tools::check_packages_in_dir(..., Ncpus = 2, check_args = c("--as-cran", ""), reverse = NULL, clean = FALSE)) on the reverse dependencies and imports of nadiv:

• the latest versions archived on CRAN that depend on nadiv are dmm (2.1-8), optiSel (2.0.7)

Both packages installed and passed all checks.
