Description
Translate a vector of zebrafish EnsemblIDs to gene symbols. Replaces un-mapped IDs with "un-translated".
Usage
meb_translateEnsIDs_drerio(ensemblIDs = NULL)
Arguments
ensemblIDs
a vector of danio rerio EnsemblIDs
Value
a matched vector danio rerio gene symbols
