In mc30/wasp: Wavelet Analysis for Spatial Patterns
wasp
wasp is an R package for wavelet analysis of disease case series originating from multiple locations. It can be used to detect and describe periodic behaviour and spatial patterns of the disease spread.
Installation
To install the github version of wasp:
devtools::install_github("mc30/wasp")
