Usage

.crcor_r(x1, x2, idx1, idx2, A1, A2)

Arguments

x1	data matrix from fold (run) 1
x2	data matrix from fold (run) 1
idx1	integer matrix of resampled indices for fold 1 (created with resample_idx())
idx2	integer matrix of resampled indices for fold 2 (created with resample_idx())
A1	averaging matrix for fold 1 (created with averaging_matrix())
A2	averaging matrix for fold 2 (created with averaging_matrix())

Value

cross-correlation matrix
