In mi2-warsaw/directRNAExplorer: Package directRNAExplorer is an R package for dealing with the RNA sequencing data.
directRNAExplorer
An R package for analyzing and visualisation the sequencing data.
Main functionalities:
* conversion .bam data to .rda format
* comparing the distributions of quantities of events among different groups (for example wild individuals or mutants)
* visualisations of genes coverage
