scTHI_runTsne

Description

Runs t-SNE dimensionality reduction on selected features based on Rtsne package.

Usage

scTHI_runTsne(scTHIresult)

Arguments

scTHIresult

scTHI object.

Value

The same object as scTHI_score with a fifth item tsneData (data.frame)
