This function requires the interview actions as a dataframe.
It returns a dataframe sorted by interview including interview id,
Interviewer, Supervisor, HQApproved (# of times), SuperApproved (# of times)
Starttime, Endtime, and Duration (FirstAnswerSet - Completed)
