comms: Extract communities from the result of cbce().

This is a helper function that extracts the list of non-empty communites from the result of cbce::cbce()

comms(res, dx)

comms_sim(sim)

`res`	The result from the cbce::cbce() run
`dx`	The number of X variables the method was run on
`sim`	The simulation object returned by sim_eQTL

A list of non-empty communities. Split by X and Y sets (doesn't use global numbering)
