Description

Prepare a GMT file for use in score_module_eigengenes

Usage

prepGMT(pathway_list, ...)

## S3 method for class 'data.frame'
prepGMT(pathway_list, ...)

## S3 method for class 'character'
prepGMT(pathway_list, ...)

Arguments

pathway_list	A data.frame consisting of two columns ('term' and 'gene') or the path to a gmt file
...	Not used

Value

Named list of modules and the genes constituting that module
