Replace faulty RVA category definitions.
Usage

replace_RVA_categories(rvacat, faulty, newcat)
Arguments
rvacat
The RVA category specification containing faulty values, i.e.
the output of build_RVA_categories(...).
faulty
Identifies elements of rvacat that are faulty, e.g. the
output of check_RVA_categories(rvacat, ...).
newcat
The new RVA category specifications, i.e. the output of
build_RVA_categories(...).
Value
A combination of rvacat and newcat, where the faulty
elements of rvacat as defined by mask are replaced with
values from newcat
