The folder simulations/main_simulation contains R-scripts to reproduce Table 1
with the main simulation. The folder simulation/plots contains R-scripts to reproduce figures showing gain curves (Figure 2, 3 and 6).
Figure 4 can be reproduced using the R-script in simulations/histograms. All these Tables and Figures refer to the paper Change point detection for graphical models in the presence of missing values.
