mtmorgan/TENxGenomics: Interface to 10x Genomics data

This package provides an interface to 10xGenomics data, in particular the '1.3 million single cell' dataset. Functionality provides easy access to the large hdf5 data representation, including convenient subsetting to data that easily fit in R memory as dense slices (rows, columns), sparse matrices, or 'DelayedArray' instances.
