Continuous wavelet transform based peak detection in chromatographic data. This package is a modification of the original publication by Tauttenahn et. al. Modifications include: alternative signal to noise and baseline estimation; chromatogram smoothing; wavelet based valley tracking; improved code documentation; improved integration bound selection; and various tweaks.
