for location of AFNI functions
Usage
get_afni(fallback = TRUE)
Arguments
fallback
(logical) should DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH be exported
so that libs work?
Value
NULL if AFNI in path, or bash code for setting up AFNI DIR
