Staff schedule (ungrouped)
Value
A nested dataframe sorted by shift, with two cols: 'shift',
'staff'.Each row of 'staff' contains a char vector of the staff on duty
then. If no staff are on duty, staff is NA. Staff list
sorted alphabetically.
