In nickbrazeau/NFBtools: Miscellaneous tools for the IDEEL group
NFBtools
Purpose
R package that contains miscellanious tools used by the IDEEL@UNC group and developed by Nick Brazeau. However, in an effort to increase modularization and better group ownership, I have moved this to IDEELResearch as a few separate repositories. Better documentation and tutorials are found there (12/2018).
Installation
To install the current version of NFBtools, first ensure that you have the R-package devtools:
install.packages("devtools")
Then download and build NFBtools from Github with:
devtools::install_github("nickbrazeau/NFBtools")
