nicocriscuolo/OliveR: Multivariate analysis of data and geographic display of results

The main purpose of OliveR is to display samples directly on a geographical basis thanks to the use of specific shapefiles chosen by the user. Besides performing plots and basic statistical analyzes it is possible to represent the results of multivariate statistics (such as PCA and Cluster analysis) directly on the geographical map, and thanks to the interactive functions obtain shortly time information on the samples and observe how a spatial arrangement of the samples reflects the natural groupings due to certain characteristics related to the variables of interest.
