Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have: * checked the Authors field in DESCRIPTION file. It seems that the comment "the Authors field cut off at "leading to"" is a false positive because the "> Package Information:" does not show full content of the DESCRIPTION file. Please see the paragraph "> Original content of DESCRIPTION file:" in the automatically generated CRAN message after the resubmission.

Original content of DESCRIPTION file:

Package: rmRNAseq Type: Package Title: RNA-Seq Analysis for Repeated-Measures Data Version: 0.1.0 Authors@R: c(person("Yet", "Nguyen", email = "tienyettoan@gmail.com", role = c("aut", "cre")), person("Dan", "Nettleton", role = "aut"), person(c("Charity", "Gordon"), c("Law", "Smyth"), role = "ctb", comment = "The authors of limma::voom, which was modified slightly leading to my_voom"), person("Agata", "Michna", role = "ctb", comment = "The author of splineTimeR::splineDiffExprs, which was modified slightly leading to my_splineDiffExprs") )

Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have: * changed all T, F to TRUE, FALSE, respectively

Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have: * wrapped the (working) example of the function TC_CAR1_sc inside \donttest to avoid NOTE about elapsed time (> 10s)

Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have: added the publication year to reference in the Description field of DESCRIPTION file included toy runable examples for the main function TC_CAR1 set name_dir_sim = NULL in the example of the function sc_TC_CAR1 so that the function does not modify the user's home directory. This example is set to \donttest since its elapsed time > 5s replaced all cat() by message()

Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have: * fixed typo CRAN URL link in the README.md file

Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

Test environments

R CMD check results
