start_season: Start Season
In ntyndall/footballstats: Classify and predict football results
Description
A function that tries to guess what the season value
is based on the month of the year, assuming that matches are
complete by month 7, so if the month is 8 and the year is 2020,
then the season is 2020/2021. However if the month is 1 and the year
is 2021 then the season is still 2020/2021.
