windtools: Tools to process and visualize wind data

speed2v returns v-component of wind

1	speed2v(s, d)

`s`	wind speed
`d`	wind direction in degrees

This fucntion takes a wind speed and direction and returns the v-component of the wind. Direction must be supplied in degrees.
