  • pyramidalDeep: Genes selected by considering pyramidal sub-types as distinct cell types (JSON, TSV, RDS, Excel, Zip).
  • Combined: pyramidalDeep with pan-pyramidal gene list from mouseMarkerGenes included. This list is used in downstream analysis in the paper (JSON, TSV, RDS, Excel, Zip).
