ohgane/DigestionSpecificity: Analyze Cleavage Site Specificity
This package provides a set of functions that allows to plot cleavage site specificity based on identified peptide sequences. Both single amino acid level plot (barchart) and dipeptide-level specificity (heatmap) can be plotted.
