oicr-gsi/acquacotta-shiny-run-report: R Shiny App to Display Run Reports Generated by the OICR Sequencing Pipeline
Allows for human friendly visualization of the OICR Sequencing Pipeline Run Report. Studies and Lanes can be independently selected to display only data of interest. Libraries are displayed as bar charts, which can be ordered by any metric. Any Library bar can be clicked to select it and the selection can be copied from the Selection tab.
