findErroneousMethodDefs: Attempt to identify errors in S4 method definitions

Description

This function attempts to find S4 method definitions in an source file that appear to have errors. This intended to provide an additional process for finding such errors, in addition to installing a package where some of the errors may be obscured.

Usage

findErroneousMethodDefs(file, which = NA)
