omegahat/XDocTools: Tools for working with XML and XSL documents

This is a package intended to provide helpful tools to facilitate authoring and working with XML documents. If one uses structured documents, one can use many powerful operations programmatically on these documents to query and modify the documents. This package is an attempt to collect some of these functions in a single place. Its is also intended to illustrate how easy it is to write powerful tools for processing structured documents.
