Usage

read_metharray(files, n_cores)
Arguments
files
The basenames or filenames of the IDAT files.
basenames are the filename without the ending _Grn.idat or _Red.idat.
filenames are filenames including _Grn.idat or _Red.idat.
n_cores
An integer. The number of cores to use,
i.e., at most how many child processes will be run simultaneously.
