downloadOMLObject: Download an OpenML Object.
In openml/oml-r: Open Machine Learning and Open Data Platform

Download all files that refer to data, task, flow or run and returns the corresponding parsed XML.

  overwrite = FALSE, cache.only = FALSE, only.xml = FALSE,
  verbosity = NULL)

`id`	[`integer(1)`] The ID of the OpenML Object.
`object`	[`character(1)`] The data, task, flow or run that should be downloaded. Default is none.
`overwrite`	[`logical(1)`] Should files that are already in cache be overwritten? Default is `FALSE`.
`cache.only`	[`logical(1)`] Only try to retrieve the object from cache. Will result in error if the object is not found. Default is `FALSE`.
`only.xml`	[`logical(1)`] Should only the XML be downloaded?
`verbosity`	[`integer(1)`] Print verbose output on console? Possible values are: `0`: normal output, `1`: info output, `2`: debug output. Default is set via `setOMLConfig`.
