Description
Assess the confidence of TSA results based on jacknifing entire reference set.
Usage
tsa.conf(match.object, tsa.object, Reference = NULL, benth.metric = NULL,
levels = c(1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40), reps = 100)
Arguments
match.object
An object from site.match
tsa.object
An object from tsa.test
Reference
Metric scores of Reference Set
benth.metric
An object from benth.met
levels
Percent of Reference sites to remove
reps
Replicate jacknife samples to assess
