Calculates vegetation indices from the Sentinel data

Usage

calculate_vi(image)

Arguments

image

(brick) File name of raster brick/stack.

Details

Indices:

• EVI

• GDVI2

• GDVI3

• GDVI4

• MNDVI

• MSR

• D1

The following steps are performed:

1. Take the mosaic and read all raster files (different dates)

2. Calculate the index for all files

3. Stack the single rasters

4. Take the mean from all raster files

5. Write to disk

Value

calculated VIs (file name)
