Extract indices to trees

Usage

extract_indices_to_plot(plot_name, buffer, tree_data, veg_indices, nri_indices)

Arguments

plot_name	(character) Name of the plot
buffer	(integer) Buffer to use for extracing, see raster::extract().
tree_data	(sf) Tree data to extract the indices into.
veg_indices	(list) Raster bricks with veg indices
nri_indices	(list) Raster bricks with NRI indices
