Description
These functions are provided for compatibility with older versions of
vegan only, and may be defunct as soon as the next release.
Usage
1
metaMDSrotate(object, vec, na.rm = FALSE, ...)
Arguments
object
A result object from metaMDS.
vec
A continuous site variable (vector).
na.rm
Remove missing values from continuous variable vec.
...
Other parameters passed to functions.
Details
Function metaMDSrotate is replaced with
MDSrotate which can handle monoMDS
results in addition to metaMDS.
