DREAM Evaluation

This package is a R port of DREAM GRN evaluations. Marbach, Daniel, et al. "Wisdom of crowds for robust gene network inference." Nature methods 9.8 (2012): 796-804. http://www.nature.com/nmeth/journal/v9/n8/full/nmeth.2016.html

Installation

First, you need to install the devtools package. You can do this from CRAN. Invoke R and then type

install.packages("devtools")

Load the devtools package.

library(devtools)

Then, you just use:

install_github("paubellot/DREAM_Evaluation")
