Extract VHT

extract_vht(db, facet_var, facet_levels = NULL, index_year = 2000)

`db`	The scenario database.
`facet_var`	The variable to use in faceting the data.
`facet_levels`	A character vector giving the levels of the faceting variable to use. Levels not called are dropped from the plot; default is `NULL`, meaning print all level.
`index_year`	[Optional] index year that should be used as the starting year for data or plots;
