In perishky/meffonym: DNA methylation exposure and phenotypic archive
397 CpGs were used to proxy BMI by Do et al. 2023
(https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ajhg.2022.12.014). The model is provided in
Supplementary Table S11 "CpG sites and coefficients from elastic net
regression predicting BMI in the Women's Health Initiative"
do_supplement.
