Description
reports crop diversity
Usage
reportCropDiversity(gdx, grid = FALSE, dir = ".")
Arguments
gdx
GDX file
grid
Set to TRUE, if outputs should be reported on 0.5 degree grid level
dir
for gridded outputs: magpie output directory which contains a mapping file (rds) for disaggregation
Value
Crop diversity as MAgPIE object
