In pkopper/deeppam: Machine Learning for Time-to-Event Data with Semi-Structured Deep Piecewise Additive Models
deeppam
This package combines the packages pammtools and keras to build DeepPAMs as proposed by Kopper et al (2020).
The package is usable at the moment, however, it is still work in progress.
Additionally, there are some functionalities that will be added at some point.
However, as of now, we are not perfectly certain which way to implement them.
In a few days, we will upload a vignette. Until then, the unit test can be considered.
