Usage

AFunc(Cc, aG, aS, Rd, Vcmax, j, TPU, gm, Kc, Ko, O2, gammastar)

Arguments

Cc	CO2 concentration at the site of carboxylation
aG	The proportion of glycerate carbon that exits photorespiration as glycine
aS	The proportion of glycerate carbon that exits photorespiration as serine
Rd	Day respiration
Vcmax	Michaelis-Menten VMax for carboxylation
j	Maximum rate of electron transport given current conditions
TPU	Rate of triose phosphate usage
gm	Mesophyll conductance to carbon
Kc	Michaelis-Menten parameter, binding coeff for carbon
Ko	Michaelis-Menten parameter, binding coeff for oxygen
O2	Oxygen concentration
gammastar	Cc compensation point
