seeds: The wheat seeds dataset

In renatorrsilva/nb: R/nb: Functions to run the naive Bayes classifier

Description

A real data set composed of three groups of wheat seeds classified into three different varieties: Kama, Rosa and Canadian; where each groups comprised by 70 seeds.

Usage

  data(seeds)

Format

area is the area of seeds. perimeter is the perimeter of seed. compactness is the compactness of seed. length_of_kernel is the length of kernel. width_of_kernel is the width of kernel. asymmetry_coef is the asymmetry coefficient of seeds length_of_kernel_groove is the length of kernel groove. varieties is a factor which classifies the seeds into 1 (Kama), 2 (Rosa) and 3 (Canadian).
