In rettopnivek/utilityf: Useful Functions for Modeling and Plotting

utilityf

A R package with a collection of useful functions for modeling and plotting. For instance, there are functions for calculating the standard error of the mean, plotting ellipses, creating design matrices, and determining the minimum and maximum boundaries for plots.

Getting started

Prerequisites

The program R ( version >= 3.0 )

Installation

To easily install the 'utilityf' package, you'll need the 'devtools' package:

install.packages("devtools")
library(devtools)

The 'utilityf' package can then be installed via the following command:

install_github("rettopnivek/utilityf")

Using the package

To load the package:

library(utilityf)

To list the available functions:

ls(pos = "package:utilityf")

Details and examples for a specific function can be obtained via help( "function" ) substituting the appropriate function name for "function".
