find_tmh_binder(haplotype, peptide_length, percentile, ic50_prediction_tool)
Arguments
haplotype
the MHC haplotype name
peptide_length
length of the peptide
percentile
percentile lowest IC50s to classify an IC50
as a binder
ic50_prediction_tool
the IC50 prediction tool
