robbueck/wisard: Perform wighted interval scheduling on a Genomic Ranges object
This package can be used to perfomr a weighted inveral scheduling algorithm on a set of intervals given as a GRanges object. It calculates a set of non-overlapping intervals by maximizing a given score for a given formular. Additionally, this package contains a function to read XML output from BLAST to a GRanges or data.frame object.
