evaluation_stage_auc: Compute the AUC in conjunction with 'evaluation_stage'.

Description

The RoC, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificy information will be returned as computed by the AUC package.

Usage

evaluation_stage_auc(modelenv)

Arguments

modelenv

environment. The current modeling environment.

Details

The modeling environment will contain a key auc inside of the evaluation_stage list. This will contain:

• auc. The auc of the ROC of the validation data.

• ci_auc. The 95

• accuracy. The accuracy of the validation data.

• sensitivity. The sensitivity of the validation data.

• specificity. The specificity of the validation data.
