Description
Checks whether an existing rocto job contains any errors.
It also specifies where problems may be and warns about unexpected deviations
from the default rocto folder format.
Usage

roctoCheck(path = ".", test = TRUE)
Arguments
path
<character> Path to existing rocto directory (default to current working directory)
test
<boolean> Test the job in addition to validating it, and return the results.
Value
Invisible boolean valid job or not.
