In romanhaa/cerebroApp: Interactive visualization of scRNA-seq data with Cerebro

Creation of standalone version is currently suspended because the internal R version is too old and I haven't been able to update it.

• Create new branch from develop branch, e.g. v1.3
• Make changes to cerebroApp functions, Shiny app, etc.
• Test extensively.
• Prepare example data set.
• Prepare pre-processed data set for function examples.
• Build NAMESPACE with devtools::document() (run it twice).
• Test installation: devtools::install_local('.')
• Update NEWS.md.
• Build website with pkgdown:

• Copy results to other branch (gh-pages; dedicated directory) and commit.
• Merge current branch into develop branch.
• Merge develop branch into master branch.
• Push changes in master, develop and gh-pages branches.
• Create release of current version.
